About the Webmistress, Forum Administrator, Gallery Administrator & Community Maintainer: Amanda

Bio: My name is Amanda & I am currently a sophmore art student living in Hollywood/Los Angeles, California & majoring in Graphic Design. I currently work as a Lab Technician at my University and specialize in Web Design. In my spare time I update my sites, design graphics/website layouts, hang out with friends & listen to music.

I first heard of David when he was cast as Professor Lupin in Harry Potter & the Prisoner of Azkaban. I was able to see Naked not long after seeing the third Harry Potter film and I've been hooked to David's works ever since! I had the wonderful oppurtunity in 2007 to meet Mr. Thewlis & he is by far the kindest person I've ever had the honor of meeting.

About the Forum Co-Administrator: Megan (aka 'Antisocial')

Bio: My name is Megan, I was born and raised in a small town and currently attending college in Edinburgh, Scotland. I discovered David in Prisoner of Azkaban but I must say that it wasn't until I saw Divorcing Jack that I REALLY started to like him as an actor. I think David is an amazing actor and I love to see all of the different roles he takes part in.

My cd collection spans many genres, but my favorite is definitely rock. I love Roleplaying, posting on forums, playing/listening to music, photography, sketching (ocassionally), reading, & watching movies.

About the Forum Co-Administrator & Community Maintainer: Viccy (aka 'Moonshape')

Bio: My name is Victoria (aka Viccy or Moonshape). I'm an 18 year old Dutch girl from the Netherlands. I have a pretty boring life; I go to school, sleep, and go to school again. And in the meantime you can find me: behind my computer, playing RPGs, writing fanfics, visiting Livejournal or at the softball fields. The first movie I saw with David was probably Dragonheart, although I was more interested in the dragon than 'that evil king'. I really discovered him through Harry Potter, because he is the perfect Lupin. I’ve seen a few of David’s movies and I just love the man. There is no explanation why.

I enjoy music; I'm a big fan of U2, The Clash, Sex Pistols, Cold Play, Franz Ferdinand, Guns 'n Roses, Depeche Mode, Green Day, Sonata Arctica, Rammstein & the Ramones.

About the News/Update Manager: Helia.

Bio: My name is Sophia (in Hungarian: Zsófia – don’t try to pronounce it) and I live in Budapest, Hungary. I studied cultural anthropology and ethnography at the University, I had even attended to a PhD course in folklore, but now I’m still searching for the right job…I’m a member of a folkdance group, and a voluntary host and program maker at a small, non-profit radio station. I love reading and watching films (especially British movies) and I’m a huge fan of Mike Leigh’s works.

I was a fan of David well before Prisoner of Azkaban, but only became a real, maniac fangirl – who wants to own his films, see every single picture and read all the articles about him – when I started to explore the world of the internet. I first discovered him in Total Eclipse, and I was amazed how talented he was, then I saw him in many other films, so I was over the moon when I heard he played Lupin. It just happened at the very same time when – after long persuasion – I finally give in, and thrown myself into the Harry Potter books.

After reading The Late Hector Kipling, David is not only my favourite actor, but he’s among my favourite writers too.

About the News/Update Manager: Tannim.

Bio: My name is Jennifer and I live in Michigan. I'm a teacher in the Detroit Public Schools system. I double majored in college in Art and Education, later going on to earn my Master's Degree in the Art of Education. My interests as are vaired as my taste in music, but include reading, art (mainly painting and drawing), video games, anything having to do with computers and graphics, Anime/Manga, and rpgs. I'm also a published artist, having illustrated a book of poetry called Ebony Pearls of Wisdom by Curtis Michael. I've got quite a few pets and enjoy all aspects of the outdoors, especially camping and hiking. I first came across David's work in The Singing Detective, then again later on in Total Eclipse (which I watched for an Art History Class Report). Needless to say, I've been hooked since then and have pretty much seen the majority of his work.
